1st off, any recommendations for a class that handles renewal folks appropriately (cost & time related). Also, my NV CCW expires in Jan, and it will be converting from a non-res one to a resident one (if that matters) but my Utah CCW is good through Mar 2012. Should I just leave the Utah one as is since it doesn't expire for a few more years? Thanks

Ask 5 guys and you'll probably get five different answers regarding class recommendations. There are many excellent instructors in various locations through out the valley.
I took my last renewal class at The Gun Store from The Godfather.
Where or who you take renewal class may not be as important as actually getting your initial permit. In my case, I wanted to put in my State mandated time, qualify, and get out. The location worked perfectly for me and I'll renew there again in a couple of months.
As they say, YMMV.
