We had a small but enthusiastic group this month. Not much wind, but hot, so Jim kept it quick with four stages.
Stage One, the tie breaker, started with the traditional grenade toss and then ten rounds alternating two targets at 200yds. Shot off hand.
On Stage Two, we shot from sitting or kneeling position, five rounds at a 200yd. target and then five more at a 300yd. target.
We shot ten rounds from prone position on Stage Three. Targets at 400, 300 and 200yds. Engage until hit and then move to the next closest. A miss sent you back to the beginning.
Stage Four started with six pistol rounds at the dueling tree and then ten rifle rounds alternating 200 and 300yd. targets.
Possible high score of 53.
